Creditor's Meeting

Your Creditor's Meeting is held in the Chapter 13 Office at 1:00 pm on your scheduled date.

The Chapter 13 Office is located in Suite 280 of the Dibrell Building, at the Venable Center, Durham, NC. The phone number is 919-688-8065.

Financial Management Class

This class is scheduled on the SAME day as your Creditor's Meeting.  This class is held from 9:00 am to 12 noon, also in the Chapter 13 Office.  Remember to bring your driver's license, two pencils, a calculator, and a working knowledge of your income, expenses, and goals.
