Mike McCrann has been filing consumer bankruptcies since 1976.  He is recognized for his extraordinary contribution in protecting basic rights of consumer debtors in bankruptcy by the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.  Mr. McCrann is a Cum Laude graduate of North Carolina Central School of Law and obtained an MBA from Wake Forest University.  Mr. McCrann is licensed as an attorney in North Carolina State and Federal Courts as well the United States Supreme Court.  He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and his local Moore County Bar Association.

Henrietta Godwin, a paralegal at McCrann Law Firm since 1992, is very well-versed in the mechanics of consumer bankruptcy and constantly receives compliments for her compassion and quality aid to clients in the consumer bankruptcy setting.  Henrietta has been a bankruptcy paralegal since 1980.

Rebecca Watts, a paralegal since 2001, has been at McCrann Law Firm for seven years, and is very knowledgeable in basic consumer bankruptcy matters. She can answer all client questions regarding their case. In addition, she is the office manager.
